Does someone need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. The carrier will check a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
What states do you ship to?
We ship to most states where local laws permit the direct shipment of alcohol. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your zip code is eligible.
How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?
We use industry-leading, eco-friendly molded pulp or foam shippers specifically designed to protect glass bottles against high-impact drops and temperature fluctuations.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 3 to 7 business days for ground delivery.
