After a minimum of one year of aging, Tequila can thus be categorized as an "Añejo." The practice of aging darkens Tequila into an Amber tint, and the savor turns richer, smoother and complex. Caramba Anejo Tequila is aged in Scotch Whiskey casks and can be enjoyed on the rocks or in a snifter.
