The Dalmore 25 Year single malt Scotch whiskey's complexity comes from slowly maturing for 25 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and Tawny Port pipes and casks, which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry. A rich and rewarding whisky, with a smooth and warming finish of cinnamon, nutmeg and dark chocolate.
