Delirio Mezcal Joven

The Delirio Joven bouquet comes from the fresh juice of Agave espadin which for seven long years has taken in the sun and land of Oaxaca. Robust flavors and aromas initially call to mind citrus fruits combined with the fresh agave and later evolve into sensations of pepper and chili. The translucent appearance and light body result from slow distillation in copper alembics. The finished aroma is robust, reflecting the combination of agave, mesquite and defined alcohol content of 84 proof that allows this joven to have lasting sensations beyond the first sip.
