A limited release of Bob Dylan's Signature Line of Whiskey Heaven's Door 10 Year Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is richly complex yet uncompromisingly straight bourbon. Following distillation, the whiskey is rested in new white oak barrels for aging...a method known as the ‘Lincoln County Process’. This blend of two different barrels aged in the bottom 3rd and top 3rd of the rack house highlights how complex flavors develop over 10 years of aging.
