McCarthy's 6 Year Oregon Oloroso Cask Finish marks a significant step in the evolution of Hood River Distillers' renowned single malt. Traditionally a 3-year-old expression, McCarthy's has recently delved deeper into aged whiskies. Following last year's release of a 6-year-old variant, now comes the Oloroso finished expression. Each release seems to surpass the last, promising an even richer and more complex flavor profile.
