As a passionate disciple of fine spirits, I have actively sought and gathered exceptional barrels of whiskey. Over the years, this assemblage of casks has grown into an extraordinary collection. From this personal trove, I have selected a handful of 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. Then, after an exhaustive search, I located casks made of Japanese Mizunara Oak, the most rare and coveted in the world, and finished this exquisite whiskey in these much desired and elusive barrels.
