At Quality Liquor Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to legal regulations, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals remain intact to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your order immediately upon arrival for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect labeling before opening the bottles.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product to initiate a claim.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to complete your return.
